Junior Photography & Video Policies 


Bagborough Cricket Club, hope that all parents & members will abide by our code of conduct concerning Photographs and Video. Photographic images or video will not be taken at matches or training without the prior permission of the Parents/Cares of any child. If no permission has been given, we will notify the opposition Team Manager/Coach that certain players/individuals cannot be photographed. ALL players will be told prior to any match or training when photographs will be taken by either, Bagborough Cricket Club or any visiting teams.

If ANY child has concerns with the taking of photographs and or video he should report his/her feelings to the Team Manager/Coach ASAP. 

Photographic Images/Video may be used by Bagborough Cricket Club online, on either of their Websites, in the Local/National Media or in any League/Club handbooks or advertising material. Photographs used by the club, of any Junior Team member, will NOT, have their name attached directly to any photograph. Team photographs will only be taken when players/teams are wearing Team Kit. 

No training photographs, showing any child in normal clothes, will be used in any form of published material unless extra permission is sort from the parent/carer. If video is used it will only be used for the benefit of training and will Not be used online, unless extra permission is sort from the parent/carer. Often visiting Parents of opposition teams may wish to take photographs of their own team, occasionally this may lead to Bagborough Cricket Club players also appearing in these photographs.

The visiting Team Manager/Coach will be advised that these types of photographs are acceptable. If any parents of Bagborough Cricket Club player’s, do not wish this to happen, please make sure you have indicated this on your child’s Player Profile Form.
